Many working adults struggle to make time for fitness in their everyday lives. 1. Keep Workout Clothes Handy

A major reason that people procrastinate or put off going to the gym after a busy day at the office is the loss of motivation to do so if they have to stop at home to get clothes, gear, etc. If you keep any gear and attire you need for a workout handy at all times, you will likely feel more inclined to hit the gym with any unexpected free time that you might otherwise waste, and you will feel more motivated to do a quick workout if you’re already out of the house or on the go. 2. Become a Morning Person
